How to eat: 1. Divide the rice in the box into quarters with a rice paddle. 2. Serve one quarter of the divided rice in a bowl and eat it as regular eel rice. 3. Serve the next quarter, add condiments such as green onions, wasabi, and seaweed according to your preference, mix and eat. 4. Serve another quarter, pour dashi or green tea over it, and eat it like ochazuke. 5. Eat the last quarter in the way you liked the most out of the three mentioned above.
