Enjoy the supple, mellow flavor of soba noodles made from Ibaraki Prefecture's Hitachi-Aki soba, carefully selected by the owner. The set menu includes soba gaki (buckwheat noodles) and soba no mi zosui (buckwheat seed rice porridge), a soba specialty restaurant's signature soba sampler, and seasonal hitosara.
The duck gives off a delicious flavor that is also delicious. Please enjoy the delicious duck hot pot and soba noodles in the Japanese-style room of a modern Showa-era house.
