Thank you to everyone who took a picture with me at Yamaimo Kafu 💓 I really wanted to take pictures with everyone, but I couldn't take pictures with everyone💦. But I was happy to be able to talk with you all for a little while 🥰. I even got a gift 😭🎁✨Thank you so much for your thoughtfulness 🥺🙇‍♀️💓 I'm still basking in the afterglow of all the fun I had looking back at the photos 🤣 lol I had a great time talking with Pedro about the cafe and his personal life 😊✨ He said he will do the second one around the beginning of the year, so it's too early to say, but I'm thinking about the menu now ✨. I will do my best to hear delicious food from everyone again next time 💪💕 Thank you so much 😌💓

A crazy good lunch at a popular Italian restaurant in Matsuyama🍽. Finally got to go to Pedro's, which I've been wanting to go to since I found it on Instagram: 🚶‍♂️ I really wanted to have a gratin or something, but they only have a night menu and I couldn't order it for lunch, so that will have to wait for another time, This time I ordered one Pedro lunch and one pasta lunch. The vegetables, small bowls, quiche, and main dish were quite a lot 😄💯! All of them were amazing! For after-dinner drinks, I chose strawberry syrup from the huge selection of syrups and vinegars lined up on the counter and had it with milk 🥛.

Saturday, November 9 Night cafe 🌃☕ with Arisa ( ) After a day of shopping by myself, I'm going to Arisa-chan's ✨. I ordered Uncle Pedro's special salad Fluffy omelet with sea urchin and cheese Shrimp mayo for adults Ahijo (Thai) Camembert Tempura The above 5 dishes. I always say omelette and salad lol, Highly recommended menu ✨ If you go to Pedro's at night, you must try this menu at least once 🥺‼️ Also, the oyster and mushroom pizza, which is only available this time of the year, is also my highly recommended menu 😍. I've been waiting for this year to have it 🥺 lol I recommend it right up there with the fluffy omelette with sea urchin and cheese! The special salad is also available on the blackboard, and has a variety of items on it, and it's different every time, so it's an exciting menu ✨! If you are like me and want to eat a little bit of everything, this is the place for you! I recommend it to those who are greedy and want to eat a variety of food like me 🤣 lol The omelette is consistently delicious 🤤. Fluffy and thick. The omelette is soft, fluffy, and rich with the flavor of sea urchin and cheese. One bite will make you fall in love with it 👍. Shrimp mayo for adults Anyway, the shrimp is huge 😳🦐! I have never had shrimp mayo this big before! The thick and plump prawns covered with a crispy batter are covered with a sweet and spicy mayo sauce that contains a lot of gochujang (red pepper paste?). Sunday, November 17 Pedro 🍽 at night with Takkun ( ) After the picnic, we went to Emiflu to kill some time and then went to Pedro at night. I've been going to Pedro's for two weeks in a row! So after a long time, Takkun and I went to 🙆‍♀️✨ I've been to Pedro's for 2 weeks in a row😂. I can't get enough of their delicious food👍👍👍 This day I wanted to try the Oyster and Wood Pizza 😍🍕✨ which I had last year and loved it so much I wanted to try it again 🍕✨ This is a seasonal dish! I was so happy to be able to try it again this year! I was so happy to have it again this year 😭 Thank you Pedro for making it again! Thank you 🥺🙏✨ I hope to see you again next year 🙇‍♀️ lol This pizza is a must for oyster and tree mushroom lovers! The oysters are so delicious and the garlic is so good! The garlic flavor is also very appetizing 🤤 The mushrooms were shimeji mushrooms and eringi mushrooms. The crispy and savory dough is also delicious. I think it is only available during this season, so don't delay if you are interested! I highly recommend it, right up there with the fluffy omelette with sea urchin and cheese! In addition to the Hiroshima Oyster and Wooden Boy Pizza, we also ordered the Fluffy Omelette with Sea Urchin and Cheese, which you can't miss, and Uncle Pedro's special salad. ✌️ We also chose the Madai (sea bream) Yukke Style and Beef Katsulette with Mustard Sauce from the menu, which was a big hit. Feb. 1 (Sat) Girls' party♡ with Hitomin, Hii-chan, Saki, and Saki with Hitomin, Hii-chan, Saki ( ) A handsome girls' party with 3 people I met at my live. We were supposed to meet each other on this day, but everyone was complete individually 🤣🤣 lol We had a girls' night out at 🙆‍♀️✨ The course menu was a little over 4000 yen per person. You can also have all you can drink 🍻. We all drank soda. Hitomi had apple ginger, Hii-chan had pear, Saki had yuzu and I had fig. We drank each other's drinks, but I personally liked the yuzu the best. But I recommend the homemade strawberry syrup with milk 🍓🐄. I don't think they have strawberry syrup yet, but if they do, you should definitely order this drink! First, appetizers! A wooden plate with 5 kinds of quiche, salad, and small bowls. Everyone has a different plate, which is also stylish! I knew Pedro's quiche would be insanely delicious 🥺. The tender, creamy texture and richness that I have never had at any other restaurant is addictive 🤤. Pedro's egg dishes are too good! All the small bowls were delicious and I love the crackers on the salad. Next up was the pasta 🍝. I think it was the Genovese cream pasta with sea bream, yellowtail, salmon and mushrooms? Sorry if I'm wrong 💦. What a luxurious pasta with three kinds of seafood 🐟✨! The meat was cut into big chunks and was very satisfying. The mushrooms included shimeji and maitake, which made me happy as a mushroom lover 😍 I haven't had cream pasta in a long time, but it was so delicious! The thick cream sauce with basil and garlic was tossed generously with the thin pasta ✨. I even ate the rest of the cream sauce 🤣 lol. I want to eat pasta again 🤤. Next was the main dish! This day it was meat 🥩✨. I think it was the kainomi steak? The meat is a good quality red meat and is cooked to a nice medium doneness. It is covered with a thick sauce with a little sourness. It's meaty and not greasy, so it's easy to eat. The vegetables underneath with the flavor of the meat were also delicious. The last dish was dessert! A mini parfait with blood orange sherbet, panna cotta, kiwi, orange and other fruits. This size is also cute ♡♡♡♡. The ones on top are cinnamon flavored baked goods? Everyone didn't like cinnamon, so I got 4 pieces 😂🙏 lol The sorbet was refreshing, and the panna cotta was sweet and meltingly delicious. We talked a lot and stayed for quite a while 🤣. Then we moved to a nearby Gusto for dessert and chatted. The fun time flew by 😭✨I wish everyone was closer to my house 🥺🥺 It was a really fun night 😌💕Thank you Hitomin and Hii-chan for the delicious gifts 💓🥺 We enjoyed them all 😂✨Next time is in March!
