The other night for dinner, we went to "Hangang-en" in Akabane 🐮. I haven't been able to visit this place even though it's close to Kita-ku 😭. The first day I had an idea, I decided to go to Akabane 💪. First, I went to Hangang En, which I was curious about 🏃‍♀️ The reason I was curious about it was the pattern on the plate ☝️ ▪️ Tang Shio Oh, a rectangular cut almost square 🔪. This is a tan with an aura 👅. The meat itself is good, but it tastes even better with "seasoned salt and chopped green onion" 🙆🙆. If you order tan shio, this shredded green onion is a must order 🙆 If you order tan shio, this shredded green onion is a must order 🙆The extra green onion that lost its way is usually good as a side dish 😏. ▪️Halami Halami was my favorite here❤️ The meat is seasoned in an orthodox way that brings out the best of the meat 👍 The colon and cube cut is also nice and wild 💪. ▪️Kalbi Kalbi is also good ❗️ The sauce may be the same as the Harami, but different parts of the meat taste different 🤤. This one is also a colon cut ✂️ And the plate is still nice 👏. ▪️ mino The jet black sauce looked delicious, but this one tastes very difficult to find 🤔. I like it more, simple. It was a strange texture ❗️ ▪️ cold noodles This cold noodle was so delicious 😳😳. I'm definitely more of a Morioka cold noodle fan than Korean cold noodles, but I loved this one so much even though it looked like Korean cold noodles 🙌🙌 Amazingly, the noodles are delicious 🤤🤤. I would love to try this again ❗️ It's cheap and cosy in general🙆. Also, I still really liked the cold noodles, so I've decided to finish off my meal in Akabane with cold noodles here for now 😂.
