Chop Masala is a base made with chopped onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. The onion base consists of onions, tomatoes, and cashew nuts. The tomato base is made with tomatoes and cashew nuts. The cashew nut base is solely made of cashew nuts. Saag is a base made with spinach. Achaar is a type of pickle from India and Nepal. Paneer is Indian cheese. Aloo means potato. Dal refers to lentils. For customers visiting as a group, if all members of the group order a set, they can enjoy unlimited plain naan and rice. If one person in the group does not place an order or orders items from the a la carte menu instead of a set, refills will not be available. For children visiting, we have a special children's set, so please order the children's set. Customers who do not want refills are requested to order from the a la carte menu. Customers ordering set menus can change to their preferred curry from the a la carte curry menu for an additional 275 yen. Customers ordering set menus can get a curry refill for an additional 550 yen (one plate). Customers ordering set menus can also request smaller sizes for naan and rice when refilling, so please ensure not to waste the refilled naan and rice. Naan for takeout is not allowed. The thickness of the curry comes entirely from onions and vegetables. No wheat flour is used; it is a vegetable-based curry. Naan and tandoori dishes are cooked using a tandoor (oven) imported from authentic India, and each piece is carefully baked over charcoal. The chef who prepares the dishes at our restaurant is a professional chef with over 10 years of experience in India, and all dishes are handmade with great care by an authentic chef. We use genuine spices from India!!!!!!! We import high-quality, grade A spices that have grown in the vast lands of India directly from the local area and use them generously. We use over 30 different types of spices! We skillfully differentiate the spices based on the ingredients used, such as meat, seafood, and vegetables. We offer a rich and flavorful curry that is aromatic with authentic spices. There are a total of 60 types of curry! Various bases such as tomato and spinach. We use only grade A Indian spices that are focused on quality. No wheat flour is used at all! The thickness of the curry comes entirely from onions and vegetables. The curry is slowly simmered with great care by an authentic chef. The artisan's use of spices stands out. The authentic naan is baked using binchotan charcoal after receiving an order. The dough is carefully kneaded by the authentic chef and allowed to rest for a full day. The rested dough has a sweetness and results in a very chewy texture. We use a tandoor (oven) imported from India to bake the naan deliciously. It is perfect for baking naan with stable heat! The naan baked slowly over charcoal is exquisite! In addition to plain naan, we have over 20 varieties including cheese naan, honey naan, chocolate naan, honey cheese naan, walnut naan, garlic naan, and keema naan. Tandoori dishes are authentic tandoori cuisine cooked slowly over charcoal in a tandoor imported from India. The meat, baked slowly using binchotan charcoal, is tender and healthy, making it easy for children to enjoy. We offer over 15 types of tandoori dishes, including boneless tandoori (chicken), cream tikka, reshmi kebab, and shish kebab, as well as pork, mutton, and seafood options.
