✏️むら元〖Ota-区〗 Tokyo, Japan ------------------------ A long-established ramen shop established in 1983♪ Inspired by the taste of "Eifukucho Daishoken" family. The type of menu is Ramen or Tsukemen. You can choose the quantity(^^) ＊ ☘ Ramen (◘ Ramen) ☘ Ramen (💴950) The normal amount is one and a half balls. The noodles are medium thin and soft. I don't like it there because the sticky wheat feeling sticks to my teeth 😓. The soup is The soup has a lot of seafood, such as niboshi (dried sardines), and pork bone. The sweetness of kombu (kelp) balances it out. The soup is simple, with only dried fish and soy sauce, and camellia lard is used for the oil. The second half of the dish has a spicy peppery taste, and the flavor of yuzu gradually drifts in. Yuzu (Japanese citron) flavor is gradually wafting through the air. Yuzu was hidden at the bottom. It's a little salty and spicy with a noticeable spike. I would prefer a softer soup with the second half in mind. *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❈⁎❈*❋⁎❈ muramoto 🍜 muramoto 3-31-6 Kitasenzoku, Ota-ku, Tokyo 3 min. from Ookayama Station 🚃. 3 min. from Ookayama station 🕚 11:00~24:00 💤 Monday, Friday 💺 17 seats (7 at counter) 🚭 2 🅿️ 2 units *❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈*❋⁎❈ * *
