Since 1975, it has been beloved by many customers as a 'gem' created by the manager's dedication to taste, from the food cart crossing from Onomichi to Fukuyama, and later operating in Minamimatsunaga-cho. It is still 'alive' today (relocated to Higashimuramachi, Fukuyama City, Hiroshima Prefecture in 1995).
Our Vietnamese (Best Condition) ramen and miso Vietnamese ramen are made with 'garlic,' 'chives,' 'bean sprouts,' and 'pork,' allowing you to eat plenty without worrying too much about calories. Even those on a diet can enjoy it with peace of mind! At our store, we coat this garlic with chili oil to make it soft and easy to eat, and we have also devised ways to prevent the raw smell. Additionally, we have spicy sauce (adjustable spiciness) available at the counter for use with the Vietnamese ramen.
Commonly known as 'Miso Betcon'! We blend our original rich 'miso' into the regular Betcon ramen, enhancing the deliciousness of the ramen even further. It has been well received by many as 'delicious!' and we have been continuing this for over 7 years now, without changing the cooking method from the past. Throughout the year, the richness and fragrant aroma emanating from the miso and soup stimulate customers' 'appetite' even more!
A menu born from the idea of extremely increasing the volume of 'Betokon Ramen' and wanting to fully utilize its characteristics! How to make use of the past legends of 'Furinkazan' in this stamina ramen! What Betokon Ramen Kofukutei came up with was to 'develop physical strength that does not lose to the wind (cold) by serving a combination of cabbage and the like as in the forest'. When you eat it, your body gets hot and your metabolism increases. In addition, to give the image of 'volcano' a unique personality, we also top it with shredded carrots and shredded red peppers that are set up like crunchy bean sprouts on a mountain. And to finish, in addition to a slightly spicy 'adult taste', we sprinkle bonito flakes on top of the vegetable mountain. When freshly made, the bonito flakes sway like flames, and you can see the unique and tremendous volume of this exquisite dish that combines the appearance of 'the mountain is burning'!
