We will roast the raw beans in 100g increments starting from 200g on the spot (approximately 5-10 minutes). Please note that roasting the beans will cause the moisture content in the beans to evaporate, resulting in a decrease of approximately 15-20% (estimated). For example, 200g of raw beans will yield around 160g-170g after roasting, and 500g of raw beans will yield around 400g-425g after roasting.
