A variety of dishes such as fish, meat, etc. are prepared around a salad using seasonal vegetables and cocotte baked dishes, and dessert is included at the end of the meal.
This is a light natuality course with 6 dishes. All-you-can-drink (without beer) is available. (An additional fee will be charged). Even with the all-you-can-drink option, the price is still reasonable at 5,000 yen.

This is a snack topped with organic vegetables and seasonal ingredients on bread. We offer four pieces with a crispy type made from thin French bread, or two pieces with a thicker, fluffy bread.
This is carrot juice made from organically grown carrots from Shibakai Farm, where our shop owner also works. It is an exceptional cup that fully brings out the natural deliciousness of the carrots.
This is a ginger ale made with organic ginger from Shibakai Farm, where our store owner also works. It is a limited edition juice available from autumn to spring.
The contents may vary daily with seasonal fruits or classic options like orange and kiwi. For details, please ask the staff! We make it on the spot with fruits, yogurt, honey, and ice. Please refrain from ordering during busy times as we cannot make large quantities at once.
A captivating aroma that blends the scent of fully ripe red fruits with a perfumed allure. The rich and full-bodied character typical of Cannonau spreads softly. Compared to other Cannonau wines, it has a restrained wildness and an overall elegant impression. It pairs well not only with simply prepared meat dishes but also with plates that use lighter sauces.
Stronger purple than Montepulciano, ruby red, quite a deep color. The rich aroma of fully ripe black grapes is distinctly felt. The nuance of pepper is pleasantly balanced and very comfortable. No barrels are used, and the high level of acidity exists within the rich fruitiness, giving a restrained, elegant, and high-quality impression on the palate.
After about 3 hours of maceration, it finishes with a very beautiful copper color. It has a rich and straightforward fresh fruit aroma reminiscent of freshly picked fruits, along with a slightly bitter and peel-like mature atmosphere. The fruitiness is substantial, and combined with a moderate alcohol content, it pairs well with dishes and ingredients that have a strong flavor.
Orange wine from Pantelleria Island, located to the west of the main island of Sicily. It has the vibrant aroma of Zibibbo, a variety of Muscat, and a refreshing atmosphere reminiscent of sea breezes. It features a dry texture and a salty, voluminous flavor.
Freshly cut herbs, refreshing green apple, and a rich, three-dimensional aroma reminiscent of the sea of Sardinia. It has a full-bodied and rich flavor, pairing excellently with seafood typical of Sardinia, but also goes well with sheep's milk cheese and white meats such as chicken and pork.
An American Pale Ale characterized by the aroma of hops and a refreshing drinking experience. Pale Ale originally originated in England as a top-fermented beer (ale). From there, variations such as IPA and American Pale Ale have been developed, and KUJUKURI OCEAN PALE ALE falls under the American style Pale Ale. Its features include a creation that utilizes the juicy and tropical aroma of American hops. KUJUKURI OCEAN PALE ALE is finished as a well-balanced ale beer with moderate bitterness, fresh hop aroma, a refreshing drinking experience, and is easy to drink but never too light.
A fruity aroma and smooth mouthfeel white beer. Weizen originated in Germany and is made with more than 50% wheat malt as its main ingredient. Its characteristics include a smooth mouthfeel from the wheat malt and fruity aromas such as banana and clove produced by the yeast. At KUJUKUKURI, the yeast is activated at relatively high temperatures to fully extract the unique ester aromas of the yeast, which are captured in the beer.
A German-style pilsner characterized by a refreshing bitterness and crispness. This beer style, known as pilsner, is the most loved worldwide due to its light and refreshing drinking experience and invigorating aroma. At KUJUKURI OCEAN, we maintain the easy drinkability and mouthfeel typical of pilsners while emphasizing a richer malt flavor along with a refreshing aroma and bitterness. The hops used are primarily of the 'noble hop' variety, known for their clean bitterness and refreshing aroma, allowing you to enjoy a floral aroma that wafts from the glass. Additionally, we use 100% German pilsner malt, resulting in a body that showcases the beautiful golden malt flavor.
A fruity and refreshing ale made with Koshihikari rice from Chiba Prefecture. The Saison beer style is said to have originated from a beer that Belgian farmers drank during breaks from farm work to quench their thirst. KUJUKURI OCEAN RICE ALE uses Koshihikari rice from Chiba Prefecture, giving it a light body and a refreshing drinking experience. A characteristic of Saison is the fruity aroma created by unique yeast. You can sense citrus aromas like orange and lemon, as well as complex scents reminiscent of spices.
A fresh citrus aroma and bitterness! A classic West Coast IPA. The origin of IPA comes from when England sent beer to India, which was then a colony, and regular beer could not withstand the long journey, so they added a large amount of hops to enhance stability. In recent years, hop breeding has progressed mainly in America, and by adding a large amount of fruity hops, the intense bitterness and refreshing fruity aroma have become globally popular, resulting in the American style IPA.
