PIZZERIA Piace

On a small island in Naples, the birthplace of PIZZA, I encountered delicious PIZZA that completely redefined the concept of 'pizza' along with my mentor Mr. Gaetano F. The 'Pizzaiolo' (pizza makers) here hold the traditions of Naples, Italy, in high regard. For example, the ingredients used for the PIZZA dough consist of only four items: Italian wheat flour, water, salt, and fresh yeast. With the hope of conveying the PIZZA he taught me without breaking its essence, I bake each one with care. Please enjoy the unique texture and aroma baked in an Italian oven using firewood from Yoshino Town, Iwate.
