The winter-spring delicacy 'Yonezaki Oysters' directly delivered from fishermen. The carefully crafted oysters by Mr. Sasaki from Rikuzentakata will make you addicted after just one bite, with a firm adductor muscle and a sweetness that clings to your tongue, allowing you to experience the unique ocean aroma of oysters that spreads in your mouth. *'Yonezaki Oysters' are available from winter to spring. We procure the freshest oysters that are delicious at that time of year.*

Sake sourced daily from all over Japan. Sake has its seasons, and we always have fresh sake available on a daily basis. You may often encounter rare sakes such as 'Aramasa', 'Tachinokawa', 'Jikon', 'Kokuryu', and 'Shinshu Kameirei', among many others.
