Dishes to go with craft beer and a variety of sake, prepared by a young chef who is well versed in everything from Japanese, Western, and Chinese oriental cuisine to sweets and burgers. Vegetables, fish, and meat from suppliers such as "Zelda Farm" in Tondabayashi and "Fish Shop Takuya" in Ibaraki are prepared in surprising ways to create "plates that make you smile". We offer around 50 kinds of appetizers, salads, fish mains, meat mains, snacks, pizza, pasta, rice, closing noodles, sweets, etc. from 480 yen to 50 kinds.
A popular menu item where domestic beef thigh meat, domestic pork belly meat, and Tajima chicken thigh meat are fermented with beer malt, rice bran, salt, and other ingredients on a 'nuka-doko' bed, aged slowly to develop a balanced umami and saltiness, and then grilled. *In addition to the assortment, individual items are also available.
