这是一家位于住宅区的店，银色的桌子和烟雾少的烤炉并排而立，让人感到兴奋。厚切的牛舌口感爽脆，挤上柠檬后鲜味立刻提升。放有葱的肝脏富有弹性，非常新鲜多汁。腹肉和红肉的酱汁渗透得很好，咀嚼时肉的味道愈发浓郁。内脏的处理非常细致，没有异味，适度的辛辣使脂肪的甜味更加突出。工作人员的服务也很不错，连甜点的黑蜜黄豆冰淇淋和时令冰沙都让人满意。
