因为是下单后仔细切分的，所以可以在最佳食用时机享用。咸味十足的牛舌厚实，越嚼越能感受到美味，令人幸福。生食也很丰富，舌头和脸颊的肉香气直达心底。横膈膜部位和红肉拼盘的鲜美也很扎实，烤涮和白米饭的组合让人无法抗拒。蛋花汤散发着淡淡的香油味，令人感到温暖。古民家风格的宁静空间，使用燃气烤炉烤制也很舒适，这一点我也很喜欢。
