这里是以猪内脏为招牌，使用七轮慢慢烤制。厚实的内脏越嚼越有滋味，搭配带有蒜香的酱汁非常合适。肚子肉的口感也恰到好处，让人忍不住停不下来。还有啤酒、内脏、泡菜和其他菜品的组合菜单，从第一杯开始就让人心情愉悦。可以根据个人喜好点牛肋条，烤好的肉会被送到自己面前，真是太贴心了。烤得恰到好处后，越吃越过瘾，充分体验了内脏的魅力。

在只有柜台的店内，眼前的七轮上滋滋作响的烤肉让人感到愉快。弹牙的内脏和脆口的软骨散发着诱人的香气，令人无法抗拒。大蒜味浓郁的酱汁和盐酱很好地裹住了食材，让酒和米饭都变得更加美味。招牌的内脏由工作人员烤制，其他的则是自助烤制的风格也很有趣。使用宫崎和鹿儿岛的猪肉制作的内脏，果然每一口都让人感到满足。昭和复古的氛围，让人可以轻松享受一个人的烧肉也很不错。
