Chomei 荞麦面建议搭配大量佐料。荞麦面由薄而硬的荞麦粉制成，具有很好的解渴效果。臼里的芝麻经过揉搓后加入汤汁中，与佐料相得益彰。荞麦面水也出奇地浓稠清淡。与当地蔬菜的合作让这顿午餐变得简单美味。
