※Requires reservation at least one day in advance for two servings or more. This Wagyu motsunabe is made by a former sumo wrestler who used to be affiliated with the Kokonoe stable. It uses Wagyu small intestines from Kamifurano and you can choose between soy sauce flavor and salt flavor according to your preference.
