Haru Chicken Course - Harudori This heartwarming Japanese course uses an abundance of seasonal ingredients. The menu features a variety of carefully selected delicacies such as gently flavored jiben-ni, savory chicken wings, and homemade dashimaki tamago (rolled egg). To finish off the meal, enjoy a bowl of yakisoba noodles with sauce filled with vegetables, and finish with a seasonal sweet topping.
Akadori Course This is a luxurious Japanese course that allows you to fully enjoy our signature dishes. The course includes a variety of mouth-watering dishes such as fragrant grilled skewers, melt-in-your-mouth jibu-ni, and Oita's specialty toriten (chicken tempura). Finish off the meal with grilled rice balls and seasonal sweet treats to satisfy both your mind and stomach.
Nijidori Course This is a Japanese course that offers a sumptuous taste of both seafood and mountain delicacies. The course features a variety of delicacies that bring out the best of the ingredients, such as a plump shrimp and avocado salad, sashimi with tuna, and a comparison of Kyushu chicken dishes. Enjoy a blissful moment with chilled Tororo soba noodles and seasonal sweetness to finish off the meal.
Hanane Course - Kanon This well-balanced course begins with a small seasonal bowl of cooked food, followed by a colorful salad with fragrant prawns and carpaccio of seasonal fish shipped directly from Toyosu. The fried chicken and savory stir-fried asparagus and bacon will leave you feeling satisfied. Finish off the meal with a hearty bowl of vegetable yakisoba noodles. 2 hours required on Fridays, Saturdays, and eve of national holidays.
