牡蛎明星套装我迫不及待地等待着生牡蛎杜伦进入我的嘴里的那一刻!我想我们很兴奋，说宫城或兵库的牡蛎更美味，但我忘了是哪一个。我喜欢用ponzu酱烤牡蛎。扇贝很好吃。最后是炸牡蛎套餐。 #🦪

This is a shabu-shabu dish featuring seasonal fresh oysters using deep-sea water. It uses 14 oysters and is perfect for the upcoming season. The abalone from Nyuzen Fishing Cooperative is marinated in liver soy sauce and goes perfectly with local sake from Toyama. It is a heartwarming dish perfect for the season!
