在传统而宁静的吧台上，店内陈列的照片让人感到舒适。外皮酥脆轻盈，余味清爽。手工制作的塔塔酱浓郁，搭配时能充分提升食材的鲜美。虾和炸猪排等经典菜品味道直接而美味，不追求创意的做法让我很喜欢。每道菜品都很丰富，出汁蛋卷和腌菜味道温和。与葡萄酒和烧酒等饮品搭配得很好，直到最后都能愉快地享受。

The items may change depending on the season, including shrimp, beef, squid, scallops, tuna with green onions, sandfish, salmon, domestic pork tenderloin, live octopus, crab claws, seasonal vegetables, and various others. Shrimp paste is mixed into lotus root and shiitake mushrooms, squid is mixed with egg yolk, and octopus is boiled and fried to be soft and delicious. We put careful thought into each item, especially the domestic pork tenderloin which is directly imported from Kyushu.
