Our specialty 'Fresh Soy Sauce Udon' is udon noodles that are eaten with soy sauce, as the name suggests. In our restaurant, we add toppings such as green onions, grated daikon radish, and sudachi citrus. Only carefully selected soy sauce is used to pour over the udon. We have been taught since the previous generation that 'udon is like sashimi,' and we make our own noodles with dedication. It is the best way to enjoy the deliciousness of udon. Our specialty dish that does not rely on any tricks, competing only with noodles and soy sauce.
