Udon noodles succeeded the general here!　@Higashimikuni | Delicious food makes me happy! One day, I casually passed by a new restaurant about to open. The previous ramen shop and the one before that didn't last very long... I was thinking, "Now it's going to be an udon shop," but it turns out that the owner is from a very famous restaurant! Udon Kobo Tenku 3 or 4 minutes walk to the west from the south ticket gate of Higashimikuni station on the Osaka Metro Line. Opened at 11:00 a.m. on March 22! The last apprentice of "Hagakure", which regrettably closed last year, has opened his own restaurant! What's more, the restaurant will be open until the end of this week! The owner of "Hagakure" is coming to help us for the rest of the week! So I went there! Inside the restaurant, there are counter seats in the front and a tatami room in the back. On the sign outside is the store's most popular item! There is fresh soy sauce! And as a celebration of the opening, 200 yen off until tomorrow! When we entered the restaurant, the owner was there! People who got the information have already come to celebrate! You are all very fast, aren't you! Of course I'm going to eat! This one! Fresh soy sauce set meal: 850 yen! I was told that 1.5 bowls of udon was free, but I decided to go with the normal size! A little thin and beautiful udon! They pour soy sauce over the top "two and a half times"! Oh yes, the exchange! The exchange! Please eat two udon noodles at a time! Absolutely ！！！！ Please don't mix them together! Wow~ I miss this exchange too! It's been about 10 years since I visited the main store. When I heard that the store was closing, I tried to call in, but the line was so long that I gave up. To hear this again... it brings tears to my eyes! The udon noodles are supple and stretchy, and they are so soft and smooth. The soy sauce is gentle and makes the udon the star of the dish! The aroma of sudachi and grated daikon play a nice supporting role! Kayaku rice is a 10-item dish with a lot of ingredients! This was also popular at Hagakure, wasn't it? No matter where you eat, you're sure to find some kind of ingredient! Takana (Chinese cabbage) is also delicious! I'm so happy to be able to eat udon inherited from Hagakure-san in my hometown! Now my lunch horizons have expanded by one more thing! I sincerely hope that the restaurant will be in business for a long time to come! The 200 yen discount sale ends tomorrow! On this day, I wanted to feel a little cooler in this heat, so I came here to eat something cold! Tenku-san Located about a 5-minute walk west from Higashimikuni Station on the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line Tenku is the restaurant of the last apprentice of Hagakure, which closed last year. Today I came here to enjoy cold udon noodles! Tenku's signature dish is "Nama Shoyu" (fresh soy sauce), but when I asked for something different from the last time, I was told that it would be Zaru Udon (udon noodles). Zaru Udon: 600 yen ■Set: 250 yen The noodles are a little thin, supple, and stretchy. The noodles have a delicious smooth texture. It is cold and cools you down at once! The ginger and sesame flavors are great when you add a lot of condiments to the sauce! The sauce is not too thick, so you can put a little bit of it on the noodle! The set includes pumpkin, half-boiled egg, and 3 kinds of chikuwa tempura! I thought it would be strange to have kayaku rice with zaru udon, so I decided to have tempura! It was really hot and I was about to collapse, so I came back to life! In summer, cold food is the only way to go! On the way home, I was encouraged to keep working hard in the heat! Our specialty 'Fresh Soy Sauce Udon' is udon noodles that are eaten with soy sauce, as the name suggests. In our restaurant, we add toppings such as green onions, grated daikon radish, and sudachi citrus. Only carefully selected soy sauce is used to pour over the udon.
