最初上来的小吃都很精致、美味，让人心情愉悦。鰆的昆布腌制得湿润，炙烤的香气令人舒适，鲜味四溢。调味料和自制的麹酱油的巧思让人感到愉快，越吃越让人期待。刚炸好的天妇罗油腻感不重，外衣轻盈酥脆。虾和鰆的火候掌握得恰到好处，甜味和香气得以凸显。最后的天丼也让人感到满足，整个过程都充满了幸福的时光。
