The first appetizers that came out were all carefully prepared, delicious, and uplifting. The mackerel marinated in kelp was moist, and the grilled aroma was pleasant, spreading umami. The creativity with the condiments and homemade koji soy sauce was enjoyable, making me excited as I continued to eat. The freshly fried tempura was not heavy with oil, and the batter was light and crispy. The shrimp and mackerel were cooked to perfection, enhancing their sweetness and aroma. Even the final tempura rice bowl was satisfying, making for a happy time until the very end.
