走进入口，宽敞的榻榻米空间展现在眼前，让人感受到如同来到旅馆餐厅般的宁静。单板桌和木格子的外观都显得高档，能够慢慢放松身心令人愉悦。作为开胃菜上来的鯵腌制鱼，酸味与鲜味的平衡极佳，让人从一开始就心情愉悦。接下来点的竹笋炖菜和鰹鱼刺身充满了季节感，清酒也随之畅饮。手工制作的细蕎麦似乎每周更换产地，汤汁也根据香气变化，因此每次都有新的发现，十分吸引人。细致的服务让人感到舒适，我认为这是一个无论是家人还是朋友都能安心享受的美好餐厅。

Our shop's pride is handmade soba made with domestic buckwheat flour, blended with two types of bonito flakes to make dashi every day. It's also exquisite to drink the soba-yu after the meal.
