法式料理每一道都很精致，每一口都让人兴奋。新洋葱慕斯的甜味非常明显，食材的优良品质得以体现。鹅肝酱和爱尔兰鹿肉的肉冻也很浓郁，口感也能充分享受。嫩鸡的黄金烤制分量十足，下面藏着黄油饭、玉米和西兰花，让人感到惊喜。花椰菜汤的奶油和鲜味平衡得很好，喝起来顺滑。血肠、香肠、鸭肉酱和脆皮猪膝肉都让人感受到用心，独特的创意让人心动。
