法式料理每一道都非常用心，每一口都讓人感到興奮。新鮮洋蔥的慕斯甜味明顯，能感受到食材的優良。鵝肝醬和愛斯基摩鹿的肉凍也很有風味，口感也能充分享受。嫩雞的金黃烤製份量十足，下面藏著奶油飯、玉米和西蘭花，讓人感到驚喜。花椰菜湯的奶油和鮮味平衡得很好，喝起來順口。血腸、香腸、鴨肉醬和豬膝肉的酥脆感都讓人感受到工藝的用心，這裡的獨特創意讓人心情愉悅。
