WAGYU SUKIYAKI 极〜GOKU〜 池袋东口店

Self-prepared sukiyaki with one pot per person using A5 Wagyu sirloin carefully selected by our restaurant. We serve A5 Wagyu called "Amakusa Kurogyu" from Kumamoto Prefecture. The meat has a strong lean flavor, is not greasy, and melts in your mouth, so you will not get tired of eating it until the very end. The course is highly satisfying, as you can also enjoy unlimited refills of white rice, miso soup, and eggs. To finish off the meal, we offer truffle over rice with egg. The wagyu beef flavor is infused into the sukiyaki sauce, and when you pour it over the rice, a flavor you have never tasted before will spread in your mouth.
