We have prepared an anniversary plan for you to enjoy your meal at a special table with a view of the Japanese garden. This course is Sole Course ￥11,000
A special course featuring a selection of appetizers, warm dishes, two types of pizza, one type of pasta, meat dish, dessert, and coffee or tea, totaling seven items (all contents change daily). Indulge in the luxury of enjoying two types of our signature pizza and pasta.
A dish that is slowly simmered for 4 hours in red wine until tender. The concentrated sauce made from fond de veau and red wine, along with smooth mashed potatoes, further enhances the deliciousness.
Using the brand eggs 'Yume Bijin' sourced from the poultry farm '(Co.) Fujihashi Shoten' in the neighboring town. It has a rich and creamy texture, while the chef's secret technique adds a moderate bitterness for a sophisticated adult taste.
