Sushi

時價（請詢價）

Saba Sushi, which is also a popular menu item, uses mackerel from Nagasaki's Goto Islands that the head chef personally selects and falls in love with.

The head chef carefully selects each mackerel from the Goto Islands that he fell in love with, adjusts the amount of salt and vinegar based on the richness of each fish, and considers the balance with the vinegared rice. The surface is seared, giving it a fragrant and lingering deliciousness when enjoyed with ginger.
