This exclusive course at Minamino Chunojo lets you enjoy Okinawan ingredients and local cuisine infused with Chinese flavors. Starting with quintessentially Okinawan appetizers like sea grapes, mozuku seaweed, and mimiga-zha cai, we’ve prepared a selection of exquisite dishes that highlight the island’s rich flavors, including Maasu chicken, hirayachi, and Aguu dumplings. To finish, we serve squid ink risotto cooked to perfection in a piping hot stone pot. This satisfying course offers a delightful fusion of Okinawan and Chinese flavors and includes all-you-can-drink beverages.

We’ve prepared a diverse selection of exquisite dishes that highlight Okinawan ingredients, starting with sea grapes, mozuku seaweed, and mimiga-zha cai, followed by a refreshing dish of ripe pineapple and stracciatella, and drunken shrimp infused with the aroma of awamori. In addition to hearty dishes like steamed Aguu pork shabu-shabu, gyoza, and golden sand garlic shrimp, the meal concludes with a spicy Sichuan-style fried rice topped with rafute and takana. To top it all off, we serve Blue Seal ice cream, making this a thoroughly satisfying course that lets you enjoy the tropical atmosphere right to the very end.
