在地下的寧靜氛圍酒吧裡，坐下的瞬間就讓我感到興奮。招牌菜的海蝦生魚片，鮮甜的口感與洋蔥的脆爽交織在一起，輕輕一口就讓人感到幸福。濃郁的海蝦美式烏冬，粗麵條裹著滿滿的醬汁，每一口都散發著香氣。螺貝和蘑菇的海苔奶油炒菜，奶油的香氣滲透其中，海苔的香脆感也讓人回味無窮。使用半熟水煮蛋的蛋黃醬有黑白兩種，能夠享受各自的味道差異，十分有趣。最後點的色彩繽紛的甜品杯，和風與西式元素交織，讓人從頭到尾都感到滿足，桌上充滿了笑容。
