We offer light dishes that pair well with Japanese wine
Since 2021, we have become a wine bar. Please note that our dishes mainly consist of light snacks. Customers who wish to enjoy a meal are encouraged to use our sister restaurant 'Hayashi Restaurant' located on the same floor.
Rausu Ezo Deer Loin Roast
This dish features fresh deer meat, directly shipped from hunters in Rausu, roasted to perfection. It has no gamey taste or odor, and the rich flavor of the deer is concentrated, making it a proud specialty.
