This luxurious set meal is recommended for celebrations such as anniversaries and birthdays, where you can enjoy double portions of popular eel dishes. Please enjoy a comparison of "Unaju," which is prepared over a fragrant charcoal fire and using a unique method, and "Shiroyaki," in which the original flavor of the eel can be directly felt. In addition, we offer a variety of delicacies such as "Umaki," which is made with eggs specially prepared for the rich soup stock, "Uzakaki" and "Gansuyu" (liver soup). You can enjoy the delicious taste of Japanese eel in a variety of flavors. We will confirm if there are any changes to your order when you visit the restaurant. We offer freshly grilled eel that is prepared after your order, available for takeout to enjoy at home or at work. Orders made on-site will take about 20 minutes, but if you make a reservation in advance, we can prepare it at your desired time. Please feel free to contact us by phone. Although it is indicated as seven-tenths, this unaju uses one whole eel cut into eight pieces, with six pieces served. (6/8 of an eel) Many first-time customers order this, thinking one eel might be a bit much, but the eels from our specialty shop are not heavy and can be enjoyed lightly, so most customers choose one whole eel on their second visit and beyond.

Our hitsumabushi is dedicated to condiments that elevate flavor to the utmost limit. We use authentic wasabi from Shizuoka Prefecture, a renowned production area, and grate it fresh in-house for each order to maximize its refreshing aroma and intense flavor. Additionally, we use high-quality nori from the Ariake Sea in Kumamoto Prefecture, known for its fragrant and melt-in-your-mouth texture. These carefully selected condiments make our hitsumabushi an even more special dish.
The dashi for hitsumabushi is made from thick 'kashira' kelp sourced from the southern region, extracting a deep umami flavor. Additionally, we use high-quality bonito flakes processed in Shizuoka from fresh bonito caught domestically, adding a rich aroma and intense flavor.
