A classic vegetable soba topped with crunchy warm vegetables, popular even in Yaeyama. The combination of the vegetables' umami and the soup is outstanding! Large serving 1000 yen, extra large serving 1250 yen, small 680 yen.

An original menu item using Yaeyama soba noodles. Please enjoy the combination of simmered mackerel, pickled ginger, radish sprouts, fish cake, green onions, and lemon mixed with Yaeyama's special sauce.

You can add jushi and pickles to your choice of Yaeyama soba or vegetable soba for an additional 280 yen. Jushi is a hearty Okinawan-style mixed rice dish with ingredients like kelp, hijiki, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, and tuna. It's very filling! Jushi alone is 300 yen.

A classic topping for soba. When you add the tender, thick meat of nankotsu soki, you have completed 'Soki Soba.'
