守門是一家位於靜謐住宅區的創作日本料理隱藏店。店主對料理的堅持使每一道菜都充滿季節感和用心，每次造訪都能有新的發現。店內溫暖的款待和美味的料理，營造出令人難忘的特別時光。使用當地食材，精心熬製的高湯提升了整體料理的風味。

家族經營，傳遞出溫暖的氛圍。料理按照順序逐一上菜，還附上感受季節的故事，讓人感到高興。最初的小拼盤上擺滿了一口大小的美食，令人期待。生魚片、炸物、冷盤、米飯、手工甜點都非常用心，每一道都很好吃。事前透過電子郵件確認不能吃的食物，後來還有感謝的聯絡，讓人感受到誠意。因為是預約制且僅提供套餐的形式，所以可以悠閒地度過時光。
