The lineup includes Mie Prefecture's famous soul food, chicken yakiniku, a firm, chewy oyadori chicken grilled and tossed in a homemade red miso base. We will prepare it so that you can fully enjoy the parts of the oyadori. We are looking forward to serving this dish at year-end parties and other events.
