This is ZUND-BAR's original gyoza, wrapped in a thick, chewy skin filled with fresh minced meat and plenty of vegetables such as chives, cabbage, and lotus root. First, enjoy it hot and fresh as it is. If you like, you can also dip it in our special soy sauce with a refreshing aroma and acidity of yuzu.
A rich animal-based soup made with chicken, enhanced with the umami of seafood such as kelp, bonito, and dried sardines. By using natural water from Daisen (Afuri Mountain), it achieves a mellow and deep flavor. The thick and juicy domestic pork chashu is carefully grilled one piece at a time over charcoal on a shichirin after receiving an order. This is the basic bowl from ZUND-BAR.

This is a wonton ramen featuring handmade wontons as the main ingredient. The carefully crafted filling is made from high-quality domestic pork belly, with a good balance of lean and fatty meat, ground in-house. It is combined with fragrant domestic green onions and ginger, and seasoned simply with a special soy sauce base. The smooth texture of the wonton skin is delightful, and as you bite into it, the juicy flavor of the meat and the aroma of ginger spread in your mouth. It is perfectly matched to our ramen soup.
This is the style of ramen that we served when we first opened. We offer a 'kake-ramen' that allows you to directly taste the delicate and clear broth, along with a separate box topped with all the ingredients from ZUND-BAR on a small serving of rice, enough for 2 to 3 bites.

The dipping noodles at ZUND-BAR are traditionally enjoyed with 'cold noodles and cold dipping sauce.' The noodles can also be changed to hot if you prefer.

Topped with small pieces of chashu carefully grilled over binchotan charcoal, served on rice cooked with delicious water from Mount Afuri (Daisen).
