With the concept of "If Italians had settled in the pioneer days, what kind of food would they be cooking now?
We always have more than three types of sauces available. Our top priority is to use Hokkaido wheat and Tokachi eggs, and we make the noodles fresh upon order.
There are also appetizer menu items starting from 700 yen.
The Tokachi Wagyu, slowly grilled with Mizunara charcoal from Urakawa, is exquisite. We also offer oven-roasted local chicken for 1500 yen and grilled Shirobaku pork for 2200 yen.

The sommelier from Nakazato LeBleu has tasted our course, and we offer carefully selected glass wines in the form of pairings. Prices vary depending on the wine, starting from 800 yen.
We offer good wine at reasonable prices. From 4000 yen.
The coffee beans used are roasted beans from Nakazato Harenohi Coffee. We also offer espresso, tea, and decaf.
