A must-see for organizers! We have prepared an all-you-can-drink course plan for the year-end party season only. We use carefully selected fresh seasonal ingredients from Ehime Prefecture. This plan includes all-you-can-drink menu with a wide variety of Ehime's local sake, shochu, fruit wine, etc. The all-you-can-drink menu is available for 2 hours with a 90-minute last order. This is a meticulously crafted kaiseki course prepared by Executive Chef Sasada, who honed his skills at renowned ryokan in Kyoto, Ehime, and Dogo and has mastered the art of Japanese cuisine. We prepare exquisite dishes that are sure to satisfy, using an abundance of seasonal ingredients. This “Setouchi Delight Course” features a strong focus on local produce, including a sashimi platter where you can savor fresh fish from the Seto Inland Sea and Uwa Sea. You can enjoy this meticulously crafted kaiseki cuisine in our restaurant’s relaxed and serene Japanese-style atmosphere.

You can savor this luxurious meal, crafted with meticulous care, exclusively for lunch. Limited to 15 servings, this special menu is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate.
We proudly serve Ehime’s famous “Uwajima Tai-meshi,” made with the finest wild red sea bream. The wild red sea bream, shipped directly from Yawatahama, is exceptionally fresh and incredibly satisfying. The set also includes another local specialty, “Satsuma-jiru,” making this a Hime-musubi original where you can pour the soup over your rice partway through the meal to enjoy a change in flavor. Whether you’re visiting from out of town or a local, be sure to enjoy Uwajima Tai-meshi at Hime-musubi.

"Matsuyama Chicken" is a branded chicken produced under a unified management system—from production to processing—at designated farms within Ehime Prefecture. It is characterized by the absence of the typical chicken odor and its tender texture. At our restaurant, we serve this as “Tori-ten” (chicken tempura). Enjoyed with our special sauce and homemade tartar sauce, this dish pairs perfectly with rice and is a hugely popular menu item. It’s a staple lunch menu item that’s sure to satisfy your appetite.

The whole 'adult' Iyo orange juice is made from Iyo oranges grown without pesticides, which is why we are particular about squeezing the whole fruit. Approximately 10 Iyo oranges' worth of juice is concentrated in one bottle. By squeezing the whole fruit, it has a rich aroma and a strong 'adult' flavor with not only sweetness but also a solid punch of acidity and bitterness. It pairs well with carbonated water and alcohol, allowing for various ways to enjoy it.
