Perfect for a special day when you want to indulge! You can choose from homemade tartar sauce, grated ponzu, or wasabi with fresh soy sauce.

Fresh yellowtail delivered from the production area within 24 hours of ordering, aged for 2 to 3 days to ensure the flesh becomes fluffy. Please enjoy our pride, the aged yellowtail cutlet, filled with many details such as the production area and frying time!
The carefully selected Aomori Prefecture salmon is quickly cooked in high-temperature oil, resulting in a rare and beautifully shining orange color. The salmon is firm and rich in fat, making the rare preparation very delicious! You can choose from 'homemade tartar sauce', 'grated daikon ponzu', or 'wasabi with fresh soy sauce'.
At our restaurant, we define 'cutlet' as something thick and satisfying like meat. We wrap the carefully cut and thick horse mackerel in perilla leaves for a refreshing finish. It comes with a blended sauce, sudachi, and plum paste, so feel free to enjoy it your way.
