Despite its name suggesting a soup made with cloudy animal-based broth, this ramen actually features a refreshing clear broth with back fat and soy sauce. The first sip of the soup reveals a unique flavor. The noodles are medium-thin straight noodles that are slightly soft. While the presence of spice may not be prominent visually, it adds a considerable kick of spiciness.

It has a strong red color. When you take a bite, the taste is a strong adult spicy flavor. The green onions are added generously from the sieve, and there is a complimentary kimchi in the pot, showing quite a generous gesture.
