We offer a variety of Shaoxing wine, including the typical Shaoxing wine, sweet black Shaoxing wine that can only be tasted at Sichuan Naihua, and a Sichuan original blended Shaoxing wine. *Prices are for the 2-go size. We also have a glass size available for 460 yen.
By steaming the fresh noodles all at once and then carefully frying both sides, we achieved a chewy interior and a crispy exterior with a delightful aroma. It pairs perfectly with our restaurant's signature rich sauce filled with ingredients! Please be sure to try it at least once.
