Intercostal meat is the meat from the rib area of the cow, similar to beef short ribs but with a stronger meaty aroma.

Made with homemade kimchi, pork is added and cooked immediately upon order. It goes well with rice and is also great as a side dish for drinks.

It's great as a side dish when you feel greasy after eating meat.
