Our pride, soba made with the best domestic buckwheat flour, mainly from Hokkaido, depending on the season. Enjoy the aroma and smooth texture. All soba can be changed to udon.

This is our original yakisoba made with carefully selected ingredients. The noodles are our original thin noodles, developed over 70 years at Tomitaya Noodle Factory, pursuing the optimal texture. The sauce is Hirota Sauce, characterized by its rich flavor and deep taste, made using a secret 'aged simmering method' that clings well to the thin noodles. Additionally, it is topped with Kujo green onions from Kyoto and dried bonito flakes, making it a proud representation of Kyoto-style yakisoba.
