【Experience the Origin.】 Tokyo Menchintei Honpo was established in 1997 in Waseda Tsurumaki Town as the first abura soba specialty store in Japan. In fact, our restaurant is the 'original abura soba specialty store' that spread the culture of abura soba. We have maintained our special sauce since our founding, along with our ever-evolving special noodles. Combined with the golden ratio of oil, this is an unwavering bowl. We do not adorn it with unnecessary ingredients; we compete with just 'sauce and noodles.' 'Abura soba you can eat every day' 'The original abura soba' Please come and experience it.
[At the origin, the shock of meat.] 5 slices of char siu + diced char siu. A staggering volume stacked generously. The richness of the meat enhances the depth with every bite, building upon the original oil noodles. Taking the original bowl to the next level. Indulging in the original oil noodles like never before.
The melting yolk mixes with the sauce. It adds richness and deepens the flavor. This is the most popular topping!!
The sauce has a refreshing aroma. The crisp texture enhances the flavor. This is a classic topping that finishes the dish lightly!
Crisp spiciness. An accent that sharpens the flavor. A classic leek topping!
