This is a "Sake Comparison Plan" that allows you to choose three of your favorite sake from the entire range of Japanese sake. We always have around 15 kinds of sake including local sake from Niigata and Nagaoka such as "Daiginjyo Kitasetsu YK35" and "SNAKEIHARIZURU - Gold Label", as well as carefully selected sake such as "Kitasetsu Super Dry Kuchi Sado no Onikoroshi" and "Keikatora Super Dry Kuchi Honjozo". Please try our sake for sake lovers as well as tourists and out-of-prefecture visitors who want to taste Niigata's local sake.

The main dish is a nabe (hot pot) featuring Niigata's brand "ama-buta" (sweet pork) in a delicious broth that melts with the sweetness of spring cabbage and fresh onions. In addition, the menu features a sumptuous assortment of seasonal ingredients such as seared cherry sea bream and bonito, teriyaki bamboo shoots, and tempura of prawns and spring vegetables. The dish finishes with exquisite ramen noodles served in a broth that is full of the flavor of the ingredients. The dessert of sakura mochi (rice cake with sakura blossoms) is one of the seven dishes that will delight your eyes and taste buds with the spring season. Enjoy a blissful time with your loved ones or at a seasonal banquet.

The main dish is the famous "Seared Motsunabe" with its appetizing aroma and the sweetness of spring cabbage melting together to create a blissful dish. The sumptuous sashimi consists of three seasonal items, plus a double star of meat and fish: Japanese black beef and Spanish mackerel grilled in a saikyo style. The tempura of freshly fried large prawns and spring vegetables is also exquisite. The seven dishes, from zosui (rice with rice porridge) to sweetened dishes, will make you feel the breath of spring. Enjoy a blissful time with your loved ones or at a seasonal banquet.
From May 14 (Thursday) to July 17 (Friday)! A plan to fully enjoy the charms of Nagaoka, which will add color to your sightseeing and business trip to Niigata, is now available! This plan is available to anyone inside and outside of Niigata Prefecture. First, toast with local beer (other beverages available). For the main course, a sumptuous sashimi of fresh fish directly shipped from Teradomari Fishing Port. Enjoy local seasonal delicacies to your heart's content, such as sweet Nagaoka asparagus and Yahiko-Musume brand edamame (green soybeans). Please enjoy a blissful time at our convenient location near Nagaoka Station.
We offer a carefully selected range of around 15 types of sake, including local sake from Niigata and Nagaoka such as 'Daiginjo Kitazake YK35' and 'Shimeharitsuru - Gold Label'. We will recommend options based on your preferences and the dishes you choose, so please feel free to ask. If you are visiting from outside the prefecture or are a tourist, we highly encourage you to try Niigata's local sake.

The motsu (offal) used in our signature dish 'Motsunabe' is carefully selected, ensuring that only domestically sourced motsu that we have personally verified for quality is used, allowing our customers to enjoy a delicious meal. The motsu is slowly pre-boiled, and the tough parts of the intestines are meticulously trimmed by hand to achieve a melt-in-your-mouth texture. This daily preparation process creates an exquisite motsunabe that our customers love. Additionally, the vegetables included in the motsunabe are also carefully chosen, featuring classic vegetables, and in summer, we incorporate seasonal variations like tomatoes and eggplants for a delightful twist.
Our recommended 'Grilled Offal Hot Pot' features a superb homemade sauce crafted from a blend of various misos and fruits like apples, developed through extensive trial and error. The offal is marinated for over 24 hours. Next, each piece of marinated offal is grilled to enhance its aroma! The unique smell of offal is reduced through marination and grilling, making it a delicious dish not only for offal lovers but also for those who usually dislike it. Many customers who usually avoid offal hot pots say, 'I don't eat offal hot pot anywhere else, but the grilled hot pot here is delicious,' and they return multiple times.
