店內散發著木頭的香氣，讓人感到放鬆和舒適。雞肝和心臟的刺身非常新鮮，口感滑順且沒有雜味。香氣四溢的芝麻油醬汁非常搭配，讓人不禁多夾幾口。嫩滑的雞肉經過適度的火烤，口感柔軟，豬頸肉炙燒後與高麗菜一起食用，風味更加突出。蔥和獅子椒等蔬菜也散發著誘人的香氣，與味噌醬的搭配非常好。最後的湯品和冷肉蕎麥麵的湯頭清爽卻又有濃郁的口感，讓人直到最後都感到滿足。
