Ramen Buta Mashi

In addition to the classic tonkotsu soy sauce base, there is also a rare tonkotsu salt base available. Three extra thick slices of chashu, each about 1 centimeter thick, are added! The chashu, simmered for over 2 hours and marinated for 3 hours, releases a burst of flavor with every bite. You can add extra vegetables, fat, or garlic for free! Despite its generous portion, it is not overly rich, making it popular among women. (Ramen ¥750, Buta Mashi ¥200)
