Using Takakatsu's homemade cod roe

We coat seasonal ingredients in a light batter and finish them with exquisite cooking.

Ceramic plate grilling is a dish where fresh seafood, meat, and vegetables are grilled on ceramic plates with a specially prepared soup. The far infrared effect allows for thorough heating, trapping the umami of the ingredients, and providing a blissful moment to enjoy both the sound and aroma. This is a recommended specialty at all Taka Katsu locations.

A luxurious assortment of seafood carefully selected by the head chef. Enjoy the concentrated aroma of the sea and the firm texture enhanced by the heat of the ceramic plate.

A dish that directly conveys the deliciousness of the meat. It is surprisingly tender due to the far-infrared effect of the ceramic plate. The combination of butter and soy sauce is also excellent.

Six carefully selected pieces that the chef guarantees. If you have any preferred toppings or dislikes, please feel free to let us know. We select the special toppings of the day!

Generously using the brand fish 'Buzen Mirai Salmon' born in Buzen City, Fukuoka Prefecture. A blissful 6 pieces dedicated to salmon lovers. Melt-in-your-mouth fat and a bursting texture will delight your taste buds.

Our pork soup is proud of its generous ingredients

Carefully selected roe, marinated slowly in a secret broth by skilled artisans. A luxurious comparison of refined spiciness.

A clear and pure flavor without any off-tastes, elegantly prepared with special olive oil and a refreshing citrus aroma.

Cooked gently with the residual heat of the hot plate, infused with the richness of butter.

Quickly fried in hot oil, it is crispy and fragrant on the outside, while remaining moist and rare on the inside.

Please choose from two types of soup. [Japanese Style] A refined taste that highlights the depth of the broth, elegant and never tiresome. [Chige] A flavor that perfectly balances umami and spiciness. Experience the ultimate 'purity' of Hakata Motsunabe, a pride of Takarin. The heartfelt Motsunabe of Takakatsu. A light flavor that makes you want to drink every last drop. While enhancing the sweetness of the fat from carefully selected domestic beef offal, a refined soup without any off-flavors spreads in your mouth. Enjoy the clear deliciousness that the kaiseki chef has meticulously crafted.
